Returns & Refunds 
  • All orders purchased cannot be returned and refunded. We believe in our products and make sure our newly created accounts can work perfectly without any problems. 
Exchanges (if applicable) 
  • We only consider replacement for Premium Members if the order received is more than 15% defective and the accounts is purchased on the High Quality Account page, of course account usage must comply with our rules and recommendations.
Shipping 
  • Payment for an order may not process immediately. This usually does not take more than an hour. And it must be within our working hours, otherwise the order will be shipped the next day. See more store hours opening at the footer description.
  • Be careful, letters with orders can get into the "Spam" folder
